At a glance you can see the items you have in inventory and plenty of information you need. If you have a number of items of different color or flavor you can see them as a group. The current screen shows the quantity on hand, average cost and the price you sell it at. This display can be customized, moving columns of needed information for quick viewing. The tabs across the top also give you easy access to information about suppliers of the item, sales history summaries, sales detail and receiving detail.

Receiving your product by invoice is simple. You enter the product number of the vendor and ARS retrieves the information about the product. It tells you what the gross profit margin is as you enter in the information. And when you print out the receiving report, it will even tell you if the receiving cost has increased or decreased from the last time you purchased it.

The point of sale is easy to learn. Your staff will be up and running with 5 to 10 minutes of training. You can enter quantity or give item discount or even override the price of an item as needed. Voiding items when you make a mistake is simple. Or you can give a discount for the items subtotaled so far.
